The Importance of Play (and Scaling Back to Remember How to Do It)
In this episode, I share why I had to take a six-month break from pretty much every activity of my life to remember how to play and find what's truly important to me.
I equate it to the final pose of a yoga practice-- savasana (shuh-VAH-suh-nuh). This is where the quiet stillness of the body and mind gives space for integration and wisdom to occur.
I'm slowly adding important elements back in, and it feels invigorating!
