Get Real!

In this episode, I share the practice that pulled me out from emotional quicksand many times in my life when I needed to take a bird's eye view on matters. I call it "Getting Real," and I first discovered it as a teenager in an intensive actor training program. Keeping it real means practicing loving-kindness at the same time.
